Week 24 Theme-Circles

White cardstock walmart.  Top circles is embossed using cuttlebug border (can't remember the name)  I took and punched several circles close together and used the open circles as a stencil and used Stampin Up inks Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Tempting Turquoise,  The popped up circle is cut out of K&Company and the pink polka dot paper was cut with a Martha Stewart Edge cutter.  The round sentiment is from Joyslife.com  stamp set.  All  Around Sentiment Stamp set.  I use another cuttlebug folder spots and dots on the K&Company circle in the middle.  This is for the Less Is More Challenge week 24  Theme is Circles.

New storage for CC

I have 122 Cartridges  mostly for my Expression and 19 of those are for my Imagine.  Also i have some that was pre loaded for my Gypsy.  So I have a storage problem.  I will have extra room when i get done with these photo boxes I bought at Hobby Lobby.  My husband had some things he needed shredded from work so when i saw all the folders i thought awww haaaa.  So i cut my folders in half making 2 smaller folders for my boxes  Each folder holds 2 so i can get 24 Cricut Cart books in one.  I used Stampin Up tab punch to make my tabs.  I cut one side 7 1/4"  and the other side 8 1/4"  and on the longer side i score at 3 3/4" turn it around and score at 3 3/4" .  Then i place my tab.  I went on Notepad and made 2 of each number  cut them out with a heart punch and label the book and the cart.  Then i printed up 3 copies of the list of how they were in the box.    I have done 2 boxes already and cleared out 48 boxes of cartridges.  Well and i put my empty cart boxes in a huge carton and stuffed in the closet.  I can decorate them boxes at xmas time and use as gift boxes.   So i have done my recylce job for the day.

Gift for Nephew

Hes got a birthday coming up or I may just wait to give it to him for Christmas.  That would give me a head start on gifts.  Now this is the nephew that gave me that 5000.00 winning lottery ticket last Christmas and it was FAKE.   This the 3rd Photo candle that I have done I think they turn out really nice.  I have been busy today rearranging this craft room  It already looks like i got more space.  Hubby got me a 10 foot wooden pole and we are gonna put it up and when I get it done I will show you what I am gonna use it for.  I found this technique at Michelles Rubber Room almost a year ago  .http://www.michellesrubberroom.com/

Week 23- Something with legs card # 2

This is my second entry.  I thought she turned out really well.  She is a digi I ordered on line and I can't remember who.  MY memory is so bad.  Maybe some one will recognize where it came from and i can give due credit.  I need a way to figure out who's is who.  Any suggestions?  For the coloring i used my colored pencils with Sansodor.  The Stamp is from MYCreativeTime Emma's stamp set Just a Little Note to Say.... The ink is Cherry Cobbler from STAMPIN UP.  I stamped the image with black  StazOn.
I used a Martha Stewart border punch on the side.

Week 23- One Layer (Something with Legs)

Challenge is too do One Layer card with something that has legs.  I love dragonflies so that is what i picked out.  I purchased this stamp at Hobby Lobby.  The sentiment is from a HSN purchase i made about a year ago.  The ink is stampin up Cherry Cobbler.  I colored the dragonflies with colored pencils and stamped it with Tim Holtz  Distress Ink Faded Jeans.  http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/   Less is More Challenge.

Atlanta Braves

As you can probably tell this is my FAVORITE TEAM.  Thought i would send them a card.  I got the polka dot paper from one of my bloggie friends but i can't remember who.  Forgive me for that will add the name to this post if you let me know. I knew i got  it from one of my bloggie friends  Lucianna over at http://dilsaverdesigns.blogspot.com/  made this paper.  She just left me a comment  and I love it too Lucianna i got all 3 colors.  Great job on them.

Stars

I cut these stars from my George Cartridge. I scored these by starting at each point and going straight down to the v section right below  do each pt this way and when done fold them all.  I saw this some where about a year ago and i can't remember where i saw it at so this is by no means my idea just the coloring of them.  I just thought they turned out pretty. . . I used Emma's My Creative Time stamp set Encouraging Quotes  for the little stars stamped.

Mojo Monday 198-Contest

Top is the sketch thats to be followed for this contest.  I used The Paper Studio paper "Vintage Christmas" and Provo Craft 6x12 Celebrations paper pack.  The stamp is HouseMouse  featuring Mudpie  "Having a Ball"  All the circles and scallops and the ornament were previously cut and I  used my sizzix for that and I can't remember the die name. On the ornament i colored it with my Bic Marker and the white on it is Glitter demensional fabric paint by Tulip.  Cover the entire ornament with Inkssentials Glossy Accents.  On the stamp itself i used My Martha Stewart markers. For the white stitching i used PK Gelly roll pen.  The other stitching I used one of my Bic Markers.

Update on My Dieting.

I am now at 28.5 pounds  that I have lost.  I started my dieting back in Feb.  I started losing fast, and I worked at it really hard and the first 16 pounds went fast.  But I have slowed down.  But I am still losing.
Every now and then I cheat on my diet which is why the slow down but  it also helps about getting discouraged so that I don't quit.  I would like to lose another 12 pounds which is gonna take
a little bit more effort on my part.  I got a family gathering at the end of the month and thats my goal to lose at least 10 to 12 pounds. All for now. 

"MAKE A SPLASH" Challenge #99 House Mouse

This is my entry for http://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/  Make a Splash any thing with water and use one of House Mouse and friends, Happy Hoppers or Gruffies images.  Link back to their site.  I made my sentiment thru my note pad.  Used a stampin up window punch cut it back.  Used green brads from Hobby Lobby.  The flower i cut with my small I-top punch. sprayed them with water and crunched them up.  I learned this technique from Angelica over at Peach Keen she has a video.  Although i did mine a tad different..I also added something to the stamp I added the 3 little bubbles by the bunnies behind., to go with the sentiment i put on it.  I used colored pencils to color with.  The ink around the edges is black by colorbox

and the other ink is Stazon (royal purple)

WEEK 22 - COLOUR-- SHADES of BLUE

This is my first entry in this weeks challenge over at  http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/  Less Is More.

I used plain white cardstock for the card.  The polka dot paper is from my scrap pile, its turqouise.  The bird is stamped with Jet Black Stazon and the stamp is Stampabilities called Cherry Blossom Bird.   I used about 5 different colored pencil in the shade of blue.  The sentiment is from Emma's  MY CREATIVE TIME stamp set called Encouraging Quotes.  Hope to post another card later on.  The sentiment is stamped with my Tim Holtz Distressed ink called faded jeans.    Victoria

Less is More Sketch 2 Challenge

This is my first time with you other ladies and its nice to do simple cards.  I used plain white card stock from Walmart and the yellow and brown is also from Walmart.  I used the cuttlebug folder Swiss Dots and the snow flakes came from a cartridge(one of my Christmas cartridges not sure which, when i make cuts on the cricut i usually try to use the whole paper that way i have less  small paper pieces to store)  The sentiment is from MY CREATIVE TIME'S  Emma's  This and That Stamp Set.  I am entering this in the LESS IS MORE SKETCH 2 CHALLENGE  over at http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/ . THROWBACK THURSDAY 6/23 CRICUTLESS CARD CHALLENGE

I used Emma's This and That Stamp set.  The heart on the left top is a stamp i made with the TC Stampmaker.  The butterflies are also cut from the other heart i made with TC stampmaker.  The scalloped circles are from The ScrappingCottage.  The Beads are from Hobby Lobby.  The Rosette is from the video i watched on Erin Lee Creative.  The patterned paper is doublesided K & Company.  Solid card stock from walmart.  The heart punch and the scallop all around border punch are from Martha Stewart.  This challenge was to follow a sketch and be cricutless.

Dieting Card

Hi everyone i haven't posted about my dieting lately cause i have slowed down in the weight loss. I actually sorta put it on hold for a bit i went on vacation and My family likes to eat.  Cookouts, dining out and so on.
I actually did quite well even tho i was eating more.  But I am now at 26.5 pound loss.  So heres my card on dieting.  I drawed this girl myself.  Now don't laugh.  hehe.   But i am back to exercising a little.  Hoping to start losing more.   So how about those hugs girls.  I need more encouragement.  Victoria :)))

These were some extras I colored and decided work them up into cards also they are similar to the ones posted just different.  One is an easel card  and the other just an A2  but i put some flowers on them.

CENTER STEP CARD

I was reading my email this Morning for YOU HAD ME AT CRAFT she has a tutorial on her blog you ought to hop over there this is an easy card to make.  She says the original idea came from Split Coast Stamper.  My card base cardstock is from Target, the pattern paper is from K & Company double sided paper. I used both sides.  The 2 buttons are from http://www.londotierney.etsy.com/ i received these in a blog candy win.  Cute aren't they  says they are handmade buttons.   The stamp is from Hobby Lobby called BeeBuddies.  The embossing powder is from Zing (rose) opaque finish.  The flowers from the fabric dept at hobby lobby.  The rick rack i don't remember where i got that. Pearls are from Michaels.  The sentiment is from MyCreativeTime (Emma's)  This and That.  This was a fun card to make.  The ink cherry cobbler is from Stampin Up and the brown ink is from Color Box.  I used Spellbinders Nestabilities classic Scalloped
rectangles for the scalloped centers.

PEACHY KEEN CHALLENGE 54

I used Peachy Keen Stamp  SY-904 Hillbilly Holler Set 4 on this challenge.  Sentiment is from the same set the ink is black from Color Box.  The brown paper is from Target and the Orangish Red is from Walmart.  The Twine is from ReallyReasonableRibbons  I colored the picture with colored pencils. The emboss folder is from Sizzix (Cracked).

HOUSEMOUSE & FAMILY MONDAY CHALLENGE # 97

I just got my order in from HouseMouse.  I love these stamps i usually get them from Hobby Lobby  but this time I ordered them from the online store.  They have a much better selection.  This stamp set is Cozy Shoe.  Starring Amanda and Mudpie.  Aren't they cute.  I decided to enter it in their HM&F MC  which you can find here http://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/ .  I am to mention the theme which is to use atleast one of HouseMouse, Gruffies, or Happy Hoppers Characters.  The cards are also to be adorned with jewels/jewelry trinkets beads charms beads.  To make it glamorous.  Also to be linked back.  I sure hopte i have covered it all.   I used walmart stockcard.  The pink printed with hearts is some i picked up at hobby lobby.  I used black ink around the the 2 1/2 " circle that i cut with a stampin up punch.  The little flowers are from Hobby Lobby fabric dept.  The gems and stick pen i made and got my supply at walmart.  The sentiment i bought from Whimsy Stamps   ( http://www.whimsystamps.com/  ).  I used the ticket die and their stamps set FRIENDSHIP TICKET SENTIMENTS.  I used homemade demensional that I made myself. The Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbons another online store I had won a contest there and this ribbon was in the prize.  This is my first time entering one of your Challenges.

LETS FACE IT FRIDAY - PATRIOT PROJECT

The paper is from my scraps and most of it is walmart and i think the printed is from DCWV.  The ink is from Stampin Up.  The flag Stamp is also from Stampin Up.  The 4th of July banner is from Imagine cart.  Enjoy the Seasons. I cut the doll out of a cereal box so she is pretty heavy so i put her on 2 action Wobbles. 
The doll and clothes from Everyday Paper Doll Cartridge.  I used a Metalic gel on her lips fingernails and shoes.  Used a pk gelly roll pen on eyes and cheek, blush from Pearlescent Chalks.  The face is from Peachy Keen PK-641 princess faces.

THROWBACK THURSDAY 196

Challenge was to use any cricut Lite Cartridge, also to use stickers bling and a few others of our choice.  I used some jewels from Jolee I got at Walmart along with the Lady Bug Stickers.  I also used The Cuttlebug to emboss  with the folder SPOTS AND DOTS.  The Bird and nest is from Cartridge Lite = LIVE SIMPLY.  Paper is from Walmart.  The sentiment inside is from Emma's TURN THAT FROWN UPSIDE DOWN. (MYCREATIVETIME).

New Grandchild

Today June 5th at 2:15 central time my New Grandson was born in Little Rock, Arkansas weighed 7lbs. 8oz.  and 20 inches Long.  His Name is Ian Robert Thompson.  I can't wait to take another road trip.
