Yet another Criss Cross Card

 I made this Criss Cross Card slightly different.  The back of the card behind the criss crosses in normally
sealed but i decide to just tape it down on the bottom and the sides before sealing the crosses.  That way i
have room for a tag in the back.   The flower on the front is from some material i picked up at wal marts to
day. Also the feathers are from there also.  The eyelet are from HSN and the ribbon from Wal mart.  No sentiment  i have been leaving most of my cards sentiment free so that i can choose where or who i want to
send them to at a later date that way i am not stuck with it as is.

Paper is Kraft from Michaels the feathers beads and stick pen is from Walmart.  the printed paper is
from Hobby Lobby and the epoxy oval is from Epiphany Crafts which i purchased thru HSN.  The
flower is made from black seam binding I got at Walmart.  I just gotta figure out how to get all those
hot gun glue stringies off.

My Creative Time 10th Edition Sneak Peeks

This week over at My Creative Time (http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ ) Emma and her DT are doing sneak peeks on her up coming 10th Edition Stamp Set Release. Little Cabinet

First all the sun is coming into this room pretty good right about now.  So forgive my photos.
This is a little 3 drawer cabinet i bought at Cracker Barrel about 5 years ago.  I had it in my
kitchen and the front of it had got greasy dirty.  So i took the drawers out and recovered them this
morning and they turned out great.  I am now using them to store my inks.

These turned out so cute. 

Treatbox/card

I was over at Paper punch Addiction during the peachy keen new release hop and she had made one of these and had a address to go to for instructions.  Wow this was so easy to make.  I think i made mine slightly different the flap on front i sealed down to make a pouch for a tag.  I added the flowers that i made matching the papers i used.  The paper is DCWV CHRISTMAS COMBO PACK.  THE  Oval and sentiment is from Mycreativetime.  New release from August.   The Tag i used Cartridge Bags tags and more.   The clear film in the window of the box is from where i cut up the outer package over a new cartridge.   I try to recycle when I can.  The red glittered brad is from Spare Parts i got at Hobby Lobby.  The yarn so matches the colors perfect i got it at Walmart.   The Address where i seen this was http://www.paperpunchaddiction.com/  and the tutorial for this TreatboxCard is http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/treatboxcard/   Like i said these are so much fun to make and I plan on making a lot more for Christmas.  Pssst    my box part is empty at the moment cause i haven't had time to get some candy. 

Gift card

I just got my new gift card die in from MyCreativeTime and I love it.  Heres my first gift card I made with it.

I love, love this die.  The card stock is some Kraft paper i picked up at Michaels,  The printed paper is from
Hobby Lobby and the flower is made from the same paper  I cut 3 1" scalloped circles put a brad in it and sprayed it with water and crinkled them up and the ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  The sentiment is from MyCreativeTime the stamp set that goes with the New Die.  The name of the stamp set is called GIFT CARD SENTIMENTS.

Throwback Thursday "Cricutless Challenge"

Not only is this Throwback Thursday Cricutless it also has to have BLACK, PURPLE, ORANGE, AND GREEN.  Which i think i have done.  The cardstock is black from Wal Mart.  Stamps are from MyCreativeTime.  Emma's All Around Halloween set.  I used my pro writer markers  for the coloring.  The White cardstock is from wal mart's also.  I use a Crop - a - Dile corner chomper (cloud)  on the corners of the white card stock.  The digi is one that I purchased but I can't remember which site I bought it from.  I now am labeling them for future reference.  But i haven't a clue who this belongs to so if any one recognizes it

let me know and i will add the site to this post.

Photo Stamp

This  picture on the cardstock is from a rubber stamp i made with my TCSTAMPMAKER.  Took several tries cause i didn't have it in the negative the first time.  As you can see i still need practice but i am getting there.  But I can tell its my grandson who turned 2 years old on the 27.

Set That I made for myself

This is the necklace and earrings I made for my self  and I got this old floppy pink hat they will go with perfectly.  Went back to the eye doctor and told her I had wore my new glasses for a month now
and i still wasn't seeing great and couldn't read at all unless is squinted and got about 8 inches to item.  Then not at all if it was to tiny of a writing so they order me some new ones   got my fingers crossed that they work this time.   I told her if i had to take a driving eye test that day i would fail.    Can't wait to get the new ones.   Back to my necklace  sorry i was rambling.  One of the local stores is gonna save me bottle cap tops.   Woohooo.    

For My Daughters Birthday

I got these bottle caps from BottleCap.com  along with the tool for punching a hole in the bottle cap.  Its called EuroPunch  it punches a hole 1.80mm just perfect for the jump rings.  I also have bottle caps from Hobby lobby that i made earrings for my self along with a necklace.  I used Epoxy Dots 1 inch to cover the tiger with.  I used Emma's new stamp set Small Talk from her 9th Edition release.  Happy Birthday Sissy hope they match your LSU hat you won. 

House Mouse Challenge 100 winnings

Awhile back I entered the 100th House Mouse Challenge.  I guess I was the grand prize winner cause by looking at what i got it seemed like the biggest prize and was it.  I did some checking and i won 10 packages of House Mouse Designs  Decoupage sheets.  Wow in these 10 packs there is enough stuff to fix 200 cards in 3-D.  I made one card already  These packages are 14.99 Us Dollars each.   But my prize came from the UK.

THROWBACK THURSDAY CHALLENGE-EPISODE 230 - CCR CHALLENGE

Did this one in a rush.  Challenge closes at Midnight tonite.  I used craft cardstock.  Suppose

to use a retired cartridge.   I use 2.  The apple came from Cricut Sampler.  The a came from

gypsy font. The card came from New Arrival.   The Equal sign i improvised.  Saved 2 of the

cut outs from the front of the card to form the = mark.  The ribbon is from Really Reasonable

Ribbon.  The inside i lined with the same color as the apple and in the center put white for  wr-

itting on.  The green and red card stock came from  The paper Studio Vintage Christmas.  I used

White gelly roll pen from PKS.  The sentiment card i used EK Success.  The sentiment is one I wrote

on my computer and printed out and i use Color Box black ink for around the edges.  I added a stamp to

the apple so that I could enter this card also in the CCR challenge.  Something with a stamp and the

color RED.   The stamp is from MyCreativeTime  Stamp Set  MY TEACHER ROCKS.  This is the Back to School Challenge over at CCR   http://www.creativecutter.org/2011/08/back-to-school-challenge-design-time.html .

Been Busy

Sorry I haven't posted lately but it took about a week to get my new glasses in and

i am having a little trouble getting used to them they are stronger and that means my

bifocals are stronger and thats the part i am having problems with.  I can't focus as

well as before.   They told me to wear them for a bit and see if i adjust to them but

am still having problems reading .   Grrrr well hopefully i can get them changed.

But i have been busy here is a few things that i have been working on.  Going to

my family reunion at the end of this month we are headed to Arkansas to spend a

week with my family and on the way back home stop off at the reunion.  Some of the

above items i am making for the raffle drawings.   Some are gifts.  Anyways just thought

I would post and let you know I am still around. 

Dog Ate My Glasses

I can't read to good at the momemt Cause My Husbands DOG ate my glasses.  I am so dependent on them and its a good thing i know where all the keys are.  So I won't be posting for a bit.  Glasses won't come in for 2 weeks.  They did stress that it was a rush.  I didn't realize how much i needed my bifocal.  Grrrr at the dog.  Anyways i hope they feel sorry for me and send them early.  Victoria :(

The little girl is cut from the Paper Doll Cartridge and the sentiment  "Turn that Frown up side Down"  is from MyCreativeTime  The yellow with dots and the pink with the rabbits and the olive paper is ipaper that i won
at  http://www.amberink.com/  yesterday  They were celebrating their First Year.  

On the little girl i used a green gel pen for the nails necklace bracelet.  One diamond jewel from I-rock. The tear is covered with Glossy Accents from Inkessentials.  Peachy Keen face  is from the wide eyed kids.  The card base is from a recycled folder.  I used Duck mounting tape to pop up the little girl.
