OTHER PROJECTS I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON

 Both of these items I cut on my explore.  This little mouse is from the svgcuttingfiles  don't you
think he looks more like a possum  than a mouse lol!!!  I didn't have the right colors to use on him
and I was a little anxious to cut him out that I didn't care he still turned out cute!!!

PEACHY KEEN CHALLENGE 14-06 COLOR PHOTO/ INSPIRATION

I decide that the colors of the photo were beautiful and I used all the colors except the green.
Any ways I used this months (PKSC-28 APRIL 2014) stamp of the month  and also PK-1382 FLAMINGO PHRASES.  These are from http://www.peachykeenstamps.com/blog/  .  I used
Martha stewart markers CTMH inks. Kraft paper and white card stock from Wal mart.  Also
used Glossy Accents on the eye.  The cut flowers and dragonfly are from my images on
Cricut Design space.  The patterned paper is from my scraps.  I haven't yet put a sentiment on the
inside yet but its finished on the inside except that.  The picture I took of it was awful so I
wouldn't show it lol!!!

Now the flamingos I cut from cricut design space on my explore and I can't remember
which cut it was I just typed in FLAMINGO'S and this is what I got.  I used a homemade
paste (baking soda - Mod podge - and white acrylic paint )  I saw this on a blog but it didn't
give how much of each item so I played around with it.   So I added a dash of red acrylic to
make the dark pink for the flamingos.  I used the negative of the cut and put the paste on
and when it dried this is what I got!!!  for the black eyes I just used a marker.  the banner is
the flip side of the card front and I just snipped it to make it look like it does.  I hope you

DESIGNER CHALLENGE-NO PATTERN PAPER

Todays challenge is NO PATTERN PAPER, use die or stamp to create the card.
I used COFFEE BACKGROUNDS from http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ along
with another banner die.  Also the sentiments came from MCT also which is from
the stamp set FUN VARIETY ON THE INSIDE AND OUT.   I cut my card base and
card front from the MCT  4x4  die.   The glitter is from silhouetteonlinestore.com/ and
I stamped it using Versatile Adhesive  (the essential glue pad)  and sprinkled the glitter
on.  The ribbon is from www.reasonablerribbon.com  and the ink CRYSTAL BLUE IS
from CTMH.  Hope you like it I think it turned out pretty!!  Oh I used a homemade glue
dot that I make.

Easter bunny/bear

I made this card today in spritzes  work a little!!!! rest a little!!!! I wanted to put this on
THE PEACHY PLACE on Facebook.  and The peachy linky party. 
I used Georgia Pacific card stock from walmart on the white.

The blue is from walmart but the paper for the eggs is DCWV.

SON'S BIRTHDAY CARD

I made this card for my son's 35th birthday.  Don't know how my Daughter will
take the sentiments but I did it as a joke.  When they were little my son would
come to me and say  " MOM AM I YOUR FAVORITE"  of course I would say
you both are.  Then he would go and tell his sister Mom said I am her favorite.
So  the process began  She would come to me and say the same thing and go
back and say that I had said she was my favorite lol that went on for years.
I really think its still going on but who knows I love them both and they both
are my favorites :)

ARKANSAS BORN AND RAISED / NEW CRICUT EXPLORE MACHINE

Today I received my new provo craft CRICUT EXPLORE MACHINE in. WOW I love it!!!!
I signed into CRICUT DESIGN SPACE, and because I am already a member of CRICUT
CRAFT ROOM all of my cartridges (about 200)  were automatically on The Cricut Design Space
woooohooooo!!!!!  This is my first cut and it was so easy.  I will probably give my E2 to my
daughter.    I have a mini so I can still use the in the CCR.  it was color coded these cuts I just
put the paper colors it said on the 4 separate mat and cut and this is what I got I love it.  I will
have to make these cuts out of vinyl and put  on T Shirts for my kids  After one project I am
already hooked  I am not sure at the moment if it will do the Imagine but will be checking it out.

Birthday for my friends (twins)

This is going to sent out to my twin girl friends I went to school with starting with Kindergarden
they are now 62 years old and I am a week late!!!! Story of my life.  I bought my jars from
Hobby lobby  I got my candle wax from online at Bulk Apothecary  also I made my soap bar
with goat soap base from there too!!  The oval molds came from there too!  The round molds I
bought on an etsy shop and I can't remember which but the molds came from China.  The boxes
I made with my We R Memory Box Punch Board The flowers on top I made out of 2 in circles and a little water spray.   The 2 treat boxes are made with all of MCT products. The refridgerator magnets
were made with MCT products and the ribbon from Liz's Boutique.  The ink on the calendars is from
CTMH color Smothie.  The candles scents is rose and I took dried rose petals from my Valentine
flowers Hubby got me and tore them in small pieces and put in before the candle set up.  Here is a

WACKY WEDNESDAY #85 - SKETCH CHALLENGE # 2

This is my second entry in this challenge and the other half of my double layout page.
I used the same provo craft red card stock and the kraft paper is from paper studio the snow men
from walmart.  Pattern paper is from DCWV  the banner paper is from DCWV.  I used a clear wink of Stella pen.  Sentiments are from My Creative Time stamp set You're so Cool.  The file folder
is from MCT  File Folder & Index Card Die and MCT mini Stitched Envelope Die.  The little
paper clip is Tim Holtz.  I also used some WR memory keepers washi tape.  I also used MCT
Fun Stitched Edges.

WACKY WEDNESDAY #85--SKETCH CHALLENGE

I SAW THIS CHALLENGE ON MY EMAIL AND THOUGHT GEE WHIZ I NEED TO
DO SOMETHING WITH SOME OF MY CHRISTMAS PICTURES. :)
It said we didn't have to be exactly like the sketch but I tried to stay there as much as I
could.  The red paper is by provo craft  12x24 which I cut down cause I am gonna make
another layout. I used some washi tape, the snowmen are stickers which I can't remember
where I got probably walmart.  the kraft paper is paper studio from Hobby Lobby.  I used
WINTER FLAKE DIES, 4X4 JOURNAL DIE + MORE, and STITCHED CAMERA DIE
from MY CREATIVE TIME.  The patterned paper is from DCWV.  On the tree I used a
little WINK OF STELLA (silver color).

WHAT DAY IS IT?

I was excited when I found the camel on the Cricut Cartridge  A QUILTED CHRISTMAS. 
I LOVEEEEEEEE that commercial!!!!!   I did my cuts in the CCR  on my Mini Cricut.  I used EXPRESSIONSVINYL.COM  vinyls.   You can't tell it but my lettering is blue glitter.  I used the CCR BASIC cartridge for the letters.

My first smash book pages

This past summer my Husbands company treated all of its employees and their family to
a night out at the ball field  at the Smokies Ball Park.  Exit 407 off of I-40  Their was so
many it was a 2 night thing.  Jun 14th and Jun 26th.  They also served us a meal under a
giant tent.   So I decided that this would be my first smash booking project!!!!

SNOW

I got my letters from Hobby Lobby and used DCWV PAPER.   I used liquid applique for the snow and the snow men came from HL. 

Bags

I bought this bag maker Thursday at Hobby Lobby and I love it.   MCT is giving away a box
maker as a prize I got my fingers crossed that I win  but in am also looking to buy on if I don't
I love the bag maker.   The top pictured is just a few of the bags I made.  This wonderful tool
is from WE R MEMORY KEEPERS.   I stuffed candy inside and a gift card!!!

ADVENT CALENDAR

I used lots of scrap Christmas paper mostly it was from DCWV I got the stickers from Hobby
Lobby some of the dates are from CTMH and Peachy keen stamps, the bow is the latest from
MCT.    The mooses are from the silhouette store.  I also used stickles, Liquid glass.  I had
fun making this.  It was my first time making one.   Hope you like it.   oh  the box with the
drawers came from Hobby Lobby :)
