Scrappy Monday Layout Challenge

Our anniversary was April 21 married in 1978.  We went to Red Lobster.   I saved my lobster tail shells and i dried them in the oven and sprayed with clear coat.  I cut the Red Lobster words  on my Cricut Mini using the Craft room basics.  Then i glued it down on black card stock and cut a shadow for it.    The shells i got at Walmart.  Patterned paper is The Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby,   The stamp set is from www.creativetimeforme.com .  I posted this on the Peachy Keen Connection and was select as a Feature of the day photo.  Yeah!!!

LIM WEEK 65 SKETCH

Plain white paper and brown card stock and the stamps are little tiny ones i found in a dollar bin.  I used my copics to color.

Poodle Skirt Update

Doesn't my Granddaughter look cute in the Poodle Skirt that I made her last Wed.   Its the one i posted about making in a bad rush job.  I think it took me about 45 min.  They had their little program this morning and she said all her words right.  Yay!!!!!

PEACHY CHALLENGE # 13 :: ANYTHING GOES

This bottom picture here shows what i made my project from.  Its the center to which fabric is wrapped up in the stores.  I found it in there trash bin in the fabric dept of Walmart.  I Mod podged it then took 24 x 12 Provo Craft pastel cardstock and mod podged it to it and then cut out  the the items.  Which are all from Peachy keen Stamps, Cottage Cuts, and My Creative time.   Its about 23 " long  and i couldn't seem to get a good shot of it.  The clouds i used a scallop punch and the butterfly
is MS.  The fence i found on one of the cartridges and cut out 3 sections to make it.  The pink and blue flowers are from a little ek success punch.  I used copics to color with.

THROWBACK THURSDAY-EPISODE 366

Use an older Cartridge and what to make is your Choice.
I did a christmas scene this past  winter with a fox looking over snow glazed trees.  Didn't know what i would do with it till i got this package and saved it.  Its about 1/4 inch in height and i took 2 styrafoam balls and rubbed them together to make the snow thats in side this insert you can shake it and make it look like its snowing.  I can't remember where i got the little fox from  the trees i did my self and added stickles to them to make them glimmer.   I am all for recyling if i can and this clear acetate was an interesting shape so i kept it.  The green half pearls are from Hobby Lobby.  The snow man is from the Cartridge  CHRISTMAS CARDS.  I used a 2 1/2 in Stampin Up punch to cut the circle.  I drew the eyes nose and buttons on the snow man with copics.  The Peace on Earth is from www.creativetimeforme.com  Stamp set All Around Christmas.  The Ribbon is from www.reasonableribbon.com  The card stock is Colorbox from walmarts.  The larger half pearls are also from HL.
