My Diet and weight loss

Well I weighed my self this morning  and since i started dieting the 1st of Feb,  I have now lost 16 pounds.  Wooohooo.  I am so feeling good about my self.  This is our home workout room.  Its so handy.

Congrats!!! Just make sure you pace yourself too. If you drop too much weight too fast you could start to feel yucky. Keep up the good work :)

Wow you go girl! that room is amazing. All I have is a tread mill. I go to zumba, water yoga, and water arobics to work out. I use to go to Curves. You have that right in this room.
